Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and tailored experience, we kindly request you to take a moment to review and acknowledge our terms and conditions. This step is crucial in finalizing your appointment details. 𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗘𝗘: A non-refundable booking fee of up to 50% of the total service cost is required to secure all appointments. 𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡:Clients will receive a confirmation message via email or text upon booking an appointment. Please review the confirmation for accuracy. Contact us immediately if any adjustments are needed. 𝗚𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧: For the comfort and safety of all clients, and due to the limited space in our service area, we kindly request that only those receiving services be present. Unless a minor is being serviced, no additional guests are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding! 𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗟: We strive to accommodate all clients promptly. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment. At the artist's discretion, the appointment may continue with a late fee of $50 for clients expecting to arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled time. Please understand that this policy ensures fairness to all clients and maintains the quality of service we provide. 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 𝗙𝗘𝗘𝗦: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling is free of charge if done more than 48 hours in advance. No-shows will be charged 100% of the total service cost, and same-day cancellations will also be charged the full balance. 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬:Payments are due at the time of service. We accept 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵, 𝗱𝗲𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀. Please note that a 2.9% processing fee will be added to the total amount for credit card transactions. Gratuities can be given in cash or added to card payments. We do also a𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗺𝗼 & 𝘇𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. 𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗦: All payments for services are considered FINAL and there will be NO REFUNDS once the services have been rendered.
